Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard US shipping is free on orders over $150. Smaller orders ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout. Expected delivery is 2 to 4 business days from dispatch via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination, generally 7 to 21 business days. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the destination country. Refused international shipments are non-refundable.
Cold-Chain Handling
Products requiring temperature control are packed with insulated liners and gel packs and shipped via expedited service. While we take every precaution, brief excursions above recommended temperatures during transit do not typically affect product integrity. Store products per the labeled instructions upon receipt.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking link is sent to the email on file once your order ships. You can also view tracking from your account at any time under "My Orders." If 48 hours have passed since your shipping confirmation and tracking has not updated, contact us.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the package and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund. Lost packages confirmed by the carrier are replaced at no cost.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of research peptides and product integrity requirements, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products. The only exceptions are damaged shipments and verified shipping errors on our part, both of which are eligible for replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. Once an order has entered fulfillment we cannot modify it, but we will do everything we can to help.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
